The foundation of any healthy church is based on strong and vibrant leadership. Leadership development and training is crucial whether one ministers in a small town, rural, suburban or urban setting. Dr. Dwight Perry along with Dr. Stu Dix are available to help GLBC churches think through a leadership development system and implement a plan that is strong and vibrant in it's ability to reproduce leaders in the church. The key components of the offered leadership training include:

- An analysis of the congregational life cycle
- Evaluation of systemic reasons for the current condition of the health of the church at large.
- Leaders are trained from the inside out, with an emphasis on personal character and spiritual formation. (This is foundational to the development of the leader, above skill and knowledge.)
