Our desire as a district student ministry team is to help every student worker in the GLBC to strengthen their ministry to students. With the average student leader staying 14-28 months (And, volunteers only average 9 months!), we know it's essential that venues are created for networking, spiritual growth, coaching and accountability.

Ultimately, our call is help these ministry leaders become Biblically balanced and culturally sensitive as they reach students in their churches and communities.
